I was looking for something beyond plain pasta for an outing. The chicken and sausage gumbo was enjoyable enough to choose again.
The gumbo's a welcome change from our usual camping pasta.
I enjoyed the chicken sausage flavor after our walk. It felt like a nice change from the foods we normally pack.
Mostly good.
